How do I get my prescription to PlusVirtual?

Your doctor can e-prescribe or fax directly to us. Once we receive it, you'll get a text. From there, we set up your insurance and schedule your first delivery.

I already have a pharmacy. Can I switch?

Yes, it takes about two minutes. Give us your pharmacy name and we handle the rest: contacting them, transferring your prescriptions, and moving your insurance info over.

What exactly does PlusVirtual do?

We're a pharmacy that comes to you. We fill your prescriptions, coordinate with your doctor and insurance, and deliver your medication to your door, usually the same day, always free.

What does it cost? Is delivery really free?

Delivery is always free. You pay the same copay you'd pay at any pharmacy, nothing more. We show you the price upfront before anything ships. No hidden fees, ever.

Do you work with my insurance?

We work with all major insurance providers in Canada. We verify your coverage, coordinate claims, and handle any issues. You don't have to call anyone.

Who delivers my medication?

Trained, background-checked PlusVirtual drivers. They've completed specialized DOT safety and privacy training. Your medication arrives in sealed, tamper-proof packaging.

How do refills work?

You can request one anytime, or turn on automatic refills and never think about it again. We coordinate with your doctor, run your insurance, and deliver on schedule. You just get a heads-up text.

Can I manage meds for my family?

Absolutely. You can manage prescriptions for your whole family from one account. Same free delivery, same refill management, same everything.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve the Greater Toronto Area and are expanding to more cities across Canada. Send us a message to check if we cover your area.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use PHIPA-compliant encrypted storage, hosted in Canada. Only authorized healthcare professionals can access your health information. We don't sell or share your data.

What about prior authorization?

We run the whole process: contacting your doctor, filing with your insurance, following up. You don't have to do anything except wait for a confirmation text.

Can you handle special requests?

Yes: medication syncing, pharmacist consultations, temperature-sensitive delivery, appointment reminders, and more. Just tell us what you need and we'll make it work.
